Grove founded TrueFit Solutions in 1997, a technology solutions company headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pa. TrueFit partners with regional and national clients in manufacturing, distribution, health care, financial services, professional services and a host of other industries and professions. Grove also serves as a member of the board of directors for Imani Christian Academy, a private urban school in Pittsburgh's East Hills dedicated to transforming inner city children into powerful, positive contributors to society. Grove holds a degree in electrical engineering from Grove City College, where he remains an active member of the Computer Science Advisory Board.
