Logistics Roadshow in Houston, TX, on June 11, 2008, titled, "Supply Chain
Integration Best Practices." Chemical shippers and land logistics service
providers (road carriers and warehouse/terminal operators) will gain valuable
insight into how shippers and their business partners use business process
networks to streamline operations, optimize costs, and maximize customer
interactions.

Presentations from industry leading shippers and logistics service
providers include:

Garrett Gee from the management and technology-consulting firm Bearing
Point, will deliver a Keynote Address on "The Role of Logistics in an
End-to-End No Touch Order." This presentation will cover how to maximize
savings and improve efficiencies by integrating logistics operations with
trading partners for scheduling appointments for inbound and outbound loads,
visibility into orders, compliance tracking, finding carrier capacity, and
more.

"Supply Chain Integration: Purpose and Plans" is a joint presentation and
panel discussion from chemical companies BASF and Dow Chemical.

Superior Carriers, Schneider National, and the National Tank Truck
Association will give a presentation and panel discussion titled, "Supporting
Shippers' Integration Plans."

Various terminal and warehouse operations from Kinder Morgan and Jacobson
Warehouse, among others, will present, "Automating Communications with 3rd
Party Storage Facilities." A panel discussion will follow the presentation.

Lunch will be followed with a question and answer supply chain panel of
all shippers, carriers, terminals, and warehouses.

Bill Wolfe, Product Manager, and Bill Harvey, Commercial director --
Logistics, of Elemica, Inc. will close with a product update, followed by
networking opportunities, roundtable discussions, and refreshments. Elemica
