NEW YORK, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Patrick Lagrange of Carl Marks Advisory
Group LLC (CMAG) has been named president of the Turnaround Management
Association (TMA) for 2009. Currently, Lagrange serves as vice president of
Education for TMA, a professional corporate renewal and turnaround
association. He begins his one-year term as president January 1, 2009.

As president, Lagrange's responsibilities include chairing the Executive
Committee and serving on the three-member Operating Committee. In his new
role as a key member of the leadership group, Lagrange will assist the TMA
executive director and staff in managing the organization's day-to-day
affairs.

Lagrange brings 20 years experience in the restructuring industry to his

the United States and Canada. Lagrange is currently responsible for financial
restructuring as well as private debt finance and mergers and acquisitions
services at CMAG.
