ProLogis Leases 400,000 Square Feet to Consumer Products Company in the Inland Empire |

| - Building Four at ProLogis Park Ontario Airport Now Fully Occupied - ONTARIO, Calif., March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has leased approximately 400,000 square feet of distribution space in the Inland Empire to a footwear designer, manufacturer and retailer. The new customer will occupy space at ProLogis Park Ontario Airport, in a newly constructed, 681,000-square-foot facility. The park is located off Interstate 15 between Interstates 10 and 60, minutes from the Ontario International Airport, and comprises approximately 1.9 million square feet in six buildings. "We expect that our new customer will find tremendous value in the location of this facility, which is within the Port of Long Beach Foreign Trade Zone in the western end of the Inland Empire and has outstanding access to national and regional highway systems," said Mike Del Santo, first vice president and market officer for ProLogis. At the beginning of January, ProLogis announced a 282,000-square-foot lease with Safelite AutoGlass at the same distribution center. "ProLogis Park Ontario Airport offers sustainable design elements to support our customers' sophisticated distribution needs while reducing energy consumption," added Del Santo. "Building Four at the park is now 100 percent leased, and we are in discussions with several additional customers for distribution space at the park."
