CHICAGO, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ - The Profit Sharing/401k Council of America (PSCA) welcomed the 2009-2010 members to the Board of Directors who were elected at the organization's Annual Meeting on September 23, 2009 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
"PSCA is successful because of members who volunteer their time and expertise," said David Wray, PSCA president. "We are fortunate to have such experienced, committed leadership."


Officers elected at the meeting were:

Chairperson: Daniel Madden, Illinois Tool Works Inc., Glenview, Ill.

1st Vice Chairperson: Sheryl Wright, Director of Human Resources,
Teledyne ISCO, Inc., Lincoln, Neb.

2nd Vice Chairperson: Ira Finn, HRIS/Benefits, Komatsu America Corp.,
Rolling Meadows, Ill.

Treasurer: John Greenwell, CPA, Terrell, N.C.

Immediate Past Chair: G. Dawn Anderson, Glendale, Calif.
