Wall Street-Based Brokerage Firm, Platinum Properties, Negotiates $7.82 Million Deal

NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Setai Group and New York-based developer Zamir Equities (http://zamirequities.com/background.asp) with the Marketing Directors, Inc., the exclusive marketing and sales agent of The Setai, New York (http://www.setainy.com/), along with Platinum Properties, are pleased to announce the record-breaking sale of $7.82 million for its top-floor penthouse -- making it the most expensive sale for a single unit in the Financial District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Financial_District,_Manhattan).
